Dear travel agency partner, We extended one last time our offer ‚More flexibility, more confidence for your next flights‘: For all valid bookings (existing or new bookings) with a departure date up to and including April 30, 2021, we allow the travel dates to be changed to a later travel date within 365 days. This change can be made without rebooking fees up to 21 days before departure, whatever the initial fare booked (including the flyCLASSIC and flyPLUS fares). If the original booking class is no longer available, the fare difference is due Reservation change  up to 21 days before departure 0 Euro + possible fare difference Refund  not refundable Conditions Routing  a routing change is not allowed If the new flights for 2021 are not yet available in the systems, the rebooking to the new date can be made later. Please cancel the flights that are not used at least 21 days before departure. With a 'keep' element you can keep the booking active. As soon as the new flights are available in the system, the rebooking can take place. Fare conditions as from 01 May and new destinations for the summer : As from 1 May 2021, the regular fare conditions will be applicable again. With the increasing demand, flight frequencies will rise again and we look forward to gradually reintroducing and expanding our regular flight schedule . New destinations in the summer season are Toulon, La Rochelle and Heringsdorf (Usedom) as well as Tunis, Paphos, Thessaloniki, Tivat and Podgorica. Do your customers still want flexibility? Then take advantage of our flyFLEX fares, which allow for both rebooking and refunds as well as free seat reservations, or our FlyPLUS fares, for which rebooking is possible with a fee. Moreover the following 3 options remain valid for a flight cancelled by Luxair (only valid with a UN status in the booking): Change for an existing reservation For all existing reservations for which flights had to be canceled, we also offer the possibility to change the travel date without charge for changing reservations, regardless of the fare conditions of the original reservation. The change of the ticket must be made before December 31, 2020, with the new travel dates until October 31, 2021 (last return flight). The destination and the name cannot be changed, and if the same booking class is not available, the fare difference is due (a downgrade is not possible). Please indicate the waiver "Covid19" in the endorsement when you reissue the ticket. Luxair voucher : Benefit from the value of your ticket with an additional 10% value ! Please see here some important information for the Luxair voucher (EMD) : 10% additional value: the amount of the voucher consists of the net value of the ticket, taxes, as well as a 10% bonus, calculated on the net value of the ticket. The voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable and can be used only for Luxair flights (change of routing allowed). The voucher is valid for the issuance of a new ticket until March 31, 2021, with travel date until October 31, 2021 (last return flight). The voucher is nominative (passenger name on the ticket), and it is valid for the issue of a single ticket. Any remaining value cannot be transferred to another passenger in the same or another PNR.
